Rosendo Seguinus's late challenge caught a Band Of Brothers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rosendo Seguinus helped the player get up and apologised. After 12 played minutes Darkness got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Seguinus. Darkness's Pete Luna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bobby Bastard in the 14th minute of play. Pete Luna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bobby Bastard in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute Carl Caniggia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pete Luna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Band Of Brothers's Hami Tuna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Band Of Brothers from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Adolfo Jacindo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hami Tuna. That made the score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. Pete Luna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bobby Bastard in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute of the match Band Of Brothers got a corner. Darkness's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Patrik Billvall ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 27th minute, Rodolfo Hori hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pete Luna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Caniggia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Eugenio Frechoso fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Darkness's protests and gave Eugenio Frechoso a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Band Of Brothers booed when Darkness was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Frechoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Darkness's Aldebaran Tauro suffered a concussion after 35 minutes and had to leave the field. Pete Luna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bobby Bastard, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the match, Darkness's goal looked a bit too open when Bobby Bastard came free, but Pete Luna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bobby Bastard to strike the kick off in the second half. Band Of Brothers's Hami Tuna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ole-Gunnar Klose in the 52nd minute of play. Pete Luna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bobby Bastard in the 57th minute. Pete Luna was a little too slow when Bobby Bastard got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 1-1. Hami Tuna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ole-Gunnar Klose in the 63rd minute of the match. Pete Luna was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Carl Caniggia showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 68 minute of play. Band Of Brothers made a substitution. Vilgot Söderqvist replaced Vilgot Falk. The supporters of Band Of Brothers booed when Darkness was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jhon Stones didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evgenij Davydov got free with Pete Luna in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 92 minutes into the match, Darkness's goalkeeper Pete Luna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evgenij Davydov. Band Of Brothers's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
