Xano Menendez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tonete, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Xano Menendez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Perrando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Tonete might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xano Menendez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberto Tonete ran back to his position shaking his head. Xano Menendez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tonete in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Πυργετός Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tonete came free, but Xano Menendez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Πυργετός Fc's Carolo Gomez got a free kick in the 17th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Πυργετός Fc's zone, Eulalio Otsando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armand Callahan made in the 26th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Antonio Perrando. In the 41st minute, Antonio Perrando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aniol Peña was the one to do the kick off. Πυργετός Fc's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Thomas Hahn in the 78th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Πυργετός Fc's Aniol Peña sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Richard Textex narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 81st match minute, Πυργετός Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ilias Gouziotis to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute of the match, Alberto Tonete got a very nice opportunity to score, but Xano Menendez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a little luck, Πυργετός Fc's Xano Menendez got control of the ball when Alberto Tonete tried to sneak it across the goal line. Newpi Academy were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
