Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristóbal Lataste in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilbert Winnicki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bucharia Reco's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cristóbal Lataste was slow to take the kick. During this time CDU Católica's players had a chance to rest. Leandro Marsal's late challenge caught a Bucharia Reco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leandro Marsal helped the player get up and apologised. Leandro Marsal hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Bucharia Reco's Gilbert Winnicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergi Goyenechea in the 14th minute of play. Salamón Del Fierro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Calle Beck in the 16th minute of the match. Bucharia Reco's Gilbert Winnicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristóbal Lataste in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute CDU Católica were awarded a corner. Cristóbal Lataste went to the cornerflag to take it. After 22nd play minutes Calle Beck shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Salamón Del Fierro and just under the crossbar into goal. Gilbert Winnicki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tauro Fontecilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. CDU Católica's Salamón Del Fierro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save CDU Católica from getting a goal against them. When Cristóbal Lataste fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CDU Católica's protests and gave Cristóbal Lataste a yellow card for diving instead. 34 minutes into the match, CDU Católica's goalkeeper Salamón Del Fierro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jimmy Hjälm. The corner went over the outstretched arms of CDU Católica's goalie and right to Jimmy Hjälm. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. CDU Católica's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. With a little luck, CDU Católica's Salamón Del Fierro got control of the ball when Calle Beck tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bucharia Reco's attack was well implemented in the 39th minute, but when Calle Beck was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Tauro Fontecilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Gilbert Winnicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Johnie Loiselle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th match minute, CDU Católica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toni Painevilu to maneuver through the defense. Calle Beck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Salamón Del Fierro made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

58 minutes into the match, Bucharia Reco's goal looked a bit too open when Tauro Fontecilla came free, but Gilbert Winnicki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salamón Del Fierro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calle Beck, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 70th minute Jimmy Hjälm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salamón Del Fierro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salamón Del Fierro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Calle Beck in the 73rd minute of play. In the 76th minute CDU Católica were awarded a corner. Cristóbal Lataste went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led CDU Católica's Cristóbal Lataste to fire away a dangerous shot which Gilbert Winnicki despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iie Martadi in the 81st minute of play forced CDU Católica's goalkeeper Salamón Del Fierro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sergi Goyenechea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Gilbert Winnicki made a huge save. Gilbert Winnicki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tauro Fontecilla in the 84th minute of play. Salamón Del Fierro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Calle Beck in the 90th minute of play.
