Egemen Gencalp came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Internacional's Laércio de Andrade. But to his dismay, Laércio de Andrade quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 7th match minute, Internacional was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ege Deniz to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Rakı Sevenler FC's Cebrail Bağdaş got a free kick in the 9th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Internacional's Laércio de Andrade nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Egemen Gencalp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Egemen Gencalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laércio de Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Laércio de Andrade scored 0-3 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Egemen Gencalp, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 22 minutes into the match, Rakı Sevenler FC's goal looked a bit too open when Laércio de Andrade came free, but Egemen Gencalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laércio de Andrade took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Egemen Gencalp. Egemen Gencalp dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Egemen Gencalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laércio de Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the game, Internacional's Ege Deniz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Egemen Gencalp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. The audience was convinced that Benet Rano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Egemen Gencalp was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benet Rano in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Egemen Gencalp saved Rakı Sevenler FC from getting behind. Benet Rano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egemen Gencalp having to interfere. The Internacional fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when Internacional's Laércio de Andrade looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Egemen Gencalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laércio de Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

The wind increased when Peter Tonhauser made the kick off in the second half. Laércio de Andrade blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Egemen Gencalp having to make a save. Laércio de Andrade could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Egemen Gencalp made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Rakı Sevenler FC's Peter Tonhauser got a free kick in the 57th minute. Clóvis Soeiro's late challenge caught a Internacional's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clóvis Soeiro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 60th minute, one of Rakı Sevenler FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rakı Sevenler FC. The goalkeeper, Egemen Gencalp, was totally fooled by Internacional's Laércio de Andrade, who 61 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 0-8 when Laércio de Andrade sped through Rakı Sevenler FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Egemen Gencalp. Rakı Sevenler FC's Egemen Gencalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laércio de Andrade in the 69th minute of play. Benet Ranos short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Egemen Gencalp to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Rakı Sevenler FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Baybora Toralp hit a great ball. Internacional made a substitution. Evaristo Costa replaced Laércio de Andrade. Internacional made a substitution. Rafael Abarca replaced Ege Deniz. With his leg Egemen Gencalp managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when Internacional's Benet Rano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 83rd minute, Rakı Sevenler FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Benet Rano fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Evaristo Costa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Egemen Gencalp made a huge save. In the 85th minute, Internacional's Benet Rano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Egemen Gencalp. Egemen Gencalp yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. Egemen Gencalp was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Evaristo Costa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 89 minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Internacional's Evaristo Costa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Egemen Gencalp. Egemen Gencalp yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-11. 95 minutes into the match, Evaristo Costa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Egemen Gencalp. Rakı Sevenler FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evaristo Costa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-12. In the 99th minute, Evaristo Costa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Internacional fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-13. When the final whistle sounded Internacional left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rakı Sevenler FC.
