Pavel Kenov started the match with the kick off. 8 minutes into the match, IFK Tallkotte's goal looked a bit too open when Dinko Ormandzhiev came free, but Joakim Isaksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of IFK Tallkotte booed when Temida Sf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavel Kenov didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Godo Møltoft had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joakim Isaksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pavel Kenov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joakim Isaksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milyo Achov in the 17th minute of play. Joakim Isaksson came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Temida Sf's Pavel Kenov. But to his dismay, Pavel Kenov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Andon Túrpomanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godo Møltoft, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Thanks to some nice moves Mario Kisev could shoot a difficult shot in the 24th minute, which Joakim Isaksson however easily saved by the left post. IFK Tallkotte's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Traycho Stamboldzhiev scored to the left of an out of position Joakim Isaksson, making the score, 3-0. Joakim Isaksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Traycho Stamboldzhiev in the 31st minute of play. Joakim Isaksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Traycho Stamboldzhiev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andon Túrpomanov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Verner Kjellkvist in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Temida Sf's goal looked a bit too open when Neno Burmov came free, but Andon Túrpomanov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. IFK Tallkotte's Joakim Isaksson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save IFK Tallkotte from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in IFK Tallkotte's zone, Dinko Ormandzhiev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joakim Isaksson came out of the goal and Dinko Ormandzhiev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 41 minutes into the match, IFK Tallkotte's goalkeeper Joakim Isaksson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mario Kisev. In the 43rd minute, Dinko Ormandzhiev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joakim Isaksson was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 45 minutes into the match, IFK Tallkotte's goalkeeper Joakim Isaksson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pavel Kenov. Andon Túrpomanov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Neno Burmov in the 47th minute of play. Andon Túrpomanov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godo Møltoft in the 48th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Verner Kjellkvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Joakim Isaksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Traycho Stamboldzhiev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. IFK Tallkotte's Joakim Isaksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dinko Ormandzhiev in the 59th minute of play. Temida Sf's Andon Túrpomanov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Temida Sf from getting a goal against them. IFK Tallkotte were furious when Stig-Åke Adelsköld was red carded, 71 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 70th minute, one of IFK Tallkotte:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for IFK Tallkotte. In the 76th minute, Traycho Stamboldzhiev made a precise shot to the right of Joakim Isaksson. IFK Tallkotte's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Joakim Isaksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinko Ormandzhiev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joakim Isaksson had in the 87thth minute some difficulties stopping Pavel Kenov's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 88th minute Mario Kisev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joakim Isaksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Traycho Stamboldzhiev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joakim Isaksson was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. In the 94th minute Dinko Ormandzhiev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joakim Isaksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th match minute, Temida Sf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ognyan Baronov to maneuver through the defense. Ognyan Baronov hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Temida Sf fans cheered their team off the field, for while IFK Tallkotte had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
