Mancini's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cornel Giuverdea was slow to take the kick. During this time Scorpions -MM-'s players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Dan Tinu managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 13 minutes into the match, Bozhil Vaptzarov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Avram Golescu. Scorpions -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bozhil Vaptzarov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Tinu in the 16th minute of play forced U.D. Mancini's goalkeeper Gonsalve Flores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Avram Golescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bozhil Vaptzarov in the 19th minute of play. Gonsalve Flores came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Scorpions -MM-'s Costel Ţintă. But to his dismay, Costel Ţintă quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 27th minute, Bozhil Vaptzarov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The U.D. Mancini fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 30th play minute Bozhil Vaptzarov came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Avram Golescu. 4-1. Nemesio Quiroga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cornel Giuverdea hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 42nd match minute, U.D. Mancini was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudolf Esken to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Bozhil Vaptzarov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Avram Golescu. That made the score 5-1 in the 47 minute of play.

The supporters of Scorpions -MM- booed when U.D. Mancini was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudolf Esken didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute of the match Cornel Giuverdea sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gonsalve Flores skillfully saved the ball. After 57 minutes Scorpions -MM-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bozhil Vaptzarov who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Scorpions -MM-'s goalie and right to Brion Macia. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Scorpions -MM-'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After a rather tough play, U.D. Mancini's Ugutz Campos got a free kick in the 61st minute. Avram Golescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bozhil Vaptzarov, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Gonsalve Flores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costel Ţintă, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After some careless play in the Scorpions -MM- defense, Bozhil Vaptzarov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Avram Golescu. The Scorpions -MM- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Avram Golescu should have stopped the shot. Avram Golescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bozhil Vaptzarov in the 72nd minute of the match. 73 minutes into the game, U.D. Mancini's Bozhil Vaptzarov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Avram Golescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. Bozhil Vaptzarov scored 8-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Avram Golescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Avram Golescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bozhil Vaptzarov's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. 83 minutes into the game, U.D. Mancini's Bozhil Vaptzarov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Avram Golescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-1. The audience was convinced that Bozhil Vaptzarov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Avram Golescu was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Bozhil Vaptzarov might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Avram Golescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bozhil Vaptzarov ran back to his position shaking his head. 89 minutes into the game, Dorinel Munteanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Scorpions -MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave U.D. Mancini the free kick. In the 89th match minute, Scorpions -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorinel Munteanu to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the match, U.D. Mancini's Bozhil Vaptzarov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Avram Golescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bozhil Vaptzarov in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Avram Golescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. U.D. Mancini's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
