Spectators: 143 (Terracing: 108, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) 4 minutes into the match, Cosmopolitan FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Valencia came free, but Tim Löv reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tim Löv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Valencia in the 6th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cosmopolitan FC's Svante Kinell got a free kick in the 7th minute. 9 minutes into the game, INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's Fred Valencia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tim Löv made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 12 minutes into the game, Fred Valencia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Tim Löv was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA booed when Cosmopolitan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bengt Fristedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tim Löv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerson Rezende, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's goalkeeper Alisson Goycochea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tim Löv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Valencia in the 21st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fred Valencia in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tim Löv prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tim Löv showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nilmar de Souza in the 24th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Gerson Rezende got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 33 minutes into the match, Fred Valencia notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Cosmopolitan FC's Tim Löv. Tim Löv was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 37th minute, Nils-Erik Gustavsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, Nilmar de Souza made a precise shot to the right of Tim Löv. Cosmopolitan FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Nilmar de Souza took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tim Löv. Tim Löv dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Evert Pihlgren made a kick off. Nilmar de Souza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fred Valencias short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Tim Löv to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nilmar de Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Fred Valencia came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fred Valencia couldn't finish the play. The INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's Fred Valencia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Leonel Xavier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Tim Löv tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Cosmopolitan FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Ludwig Glanselius hit a great ball. Tim Löv was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Nilmar de Souza capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nilmar de Souza really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. Nilmar de Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cosmopolitan FC's zone, Nilmar de Souza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tim Löv came out of the goal and Nilmar de Souza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tim Löv took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nilmar de Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute, INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's Fred Valencia dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-10.
