The referee showed Serafin Cidro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gökay Ömür was slow to take the kick. During this time Valar morghulis's players had a chance to rest. Crişan Taffarel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İsa Fındık's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. 39 minutes into the match, Dario Benedetto notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Valar morghulis's Silvano Portillo. Silvano Portillo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dario Benedetto to strike the kick off in the second half.
