In the 22nd match minute, FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 김 최 to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the match, FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Flor came free, but Celso Hartz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zé Paulo Hermes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Celso Hartz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gao Yong Zhen, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gao Yong Zhen in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celso Hartz saved FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá from getting behind. 41 minutes in the game, Gao Yong Zhen dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Solo in the 43rd minute of play forced FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's goalkeeper Celso Hartz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's Celedonio Abajas got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zé Paulo Hermes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Enrique Mouricio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Celso Hartz. Enrique Mouricio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Celso Hartz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivan Solo's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Roger Flor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Celso Hartz came out and tried to block the shot, but Roger Flor slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 70th minute. When FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's Zé Paulo Hermes in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But to his dismay, Enrique Mouricio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Roger Flor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd match minute, PicksBattle.com was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 温冰悦 to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 83 minutes, Zé Paulo Hermes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Paulo Hermes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Roger Flor could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which Celso Hartz however easily saved by the left post. In the 87th minute PicksBattle.com were awarded a corner. Stelian Mestecăneanu went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on PicksBattle.com's corner Stelian Mestecăneanu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Celso Hartz quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's Celedonio Abajas got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 90th play minute Roger Flor came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Celso Hartz. 1-7. PicksBattle.com's David Ferran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Shepherd in the 93rd minute of play. With a little luck, FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's Celso Hartz got control of the ball when Enrique Mouricio tried to sneak it across the goal line. 96 minutes into the game, PicksBattle.com's Jurand Wykowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Celso Hartz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-8.
