Napoleon Dziedelonis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastasio Burni, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute Anastasio Burni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Napoleon Dziedelonis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cornel Răducanu got free with Luciano Salomon in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 2-0 became the score in the 45th minute when Cornel Răducanu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

RIVER PINAMAR fc's Roque Niguel was substituted for Ubaldo Totakoxe. RIVER PINAMAR fc's Luciano Salomon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Kusko in the 53rd minute of play. When Benedicto Tadzio fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RIVER PINAMAR fc's protests and gave Benedicto Tadzio a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in RIVER PINAMAR fc's zone, Andrew Robertson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luciano Salomon came out of the goal and Andrew Robertson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luciano Salomon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peruanton Tamayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute Peruanton Tamayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luciano Salomon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peruanton Tamayo in the 92nd minute of play forced RIVER PINAMAR fc's goalkeeper Luciano Salomon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th match minute, FERRABARCA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcial Kusko to maneuver through the defense.
