Salomon Verite made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oriol Loyola in the 10th minute. After 12 minutes PIRITUBA MM 4EVER's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Liu Feng Zhen who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of PIRITUBA MM 4EVER's goalie and right to You Qi Zhou. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. PIRITUBA MM 4EVER's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 16th minute Leones FC were awarded a corner. Liu Feng Zhen went to the cornerflag to take it. 18 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredão Negri came free, but Alfonso Villamarin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Pepillo Servin took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Salomon Verite to make any attempt to save it. After 24 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Bogdan Wolczewski. Leones FC's Alfonso Villamarin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mark Van Leeuwe in the 26th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Oriol Loyola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 32nd minute, Oriol Loyola made a precise shot to the right of Salomon Verite. PIRITUBA MM 4EVER's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wágner Lucas in the 37th minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Alfonso Villamarin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oriol Loyola got free with Salomon Verite in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

PIRITUBA MM 4EVER's Salomon Verite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pepillo Servin in the 51st minute of play. PIRITUBA MM 4EVER's attentive Laércio Baiano managed to snatch the ball when Frances Muelas made a throw-in in the 54th minute of the game. Alfredão Negri might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfonso Villamarin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfredão Negri ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 55th minute of the match, Alfredão Negri got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alfonso Villamarin was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Salomon Verite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casado Arambula in the 58th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, PIRITUBA MM 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Oriol Loyola came free, but Salomon Verite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfonso Villamarin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Van Leeuwe, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. With a little luck, Leones FC's Alfonso Villamarin got control of the ball when Alfredão Negri tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to PIRITUBA MM 4EVER getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Alfredão Negri hit a great ball. In the 69th minute Oriol Loyola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salomon Verite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pepillo Servin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salomon Verite having to interfere. When Alfredão Negri got free in front of the goal in the 74th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Alfonso Villamarin was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Pepillo Servin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Salomon Verite was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. PIRITUBA MM 4EVER's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
