In the 9thth minute of the game Gabriel Corderro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FORTALEZA's Xorxe Viguera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 10th minute, Gaudencio Chorche made a precise shot to the right of Xorxe Viguera. FORTALEZA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Xorxe Viguera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Corderro in the 13th minute of the match. 14 minutes in the game Danilo Austin did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Fabian Abecia. Xorxe Viguera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaudencio Chorche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Prospero Hug took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xorxe Viguera. Xorxe Viguera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Xorxe Viguera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Corderro in the 27th minute of play. Xorxe Viguera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Corderro in the 27th minute of the match. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind FORTALEZA's goalkeeper Xorxe Viguera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 43 minutes of play, Atletico Saladillo FC's Fabian Abecia made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Xorxe Viguera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Atletico Saladillo FC's attack was well implemented in the 46th minute, but when Prospero Hug was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. The FORTALEZA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Atletico Saladillo FC were winning 1-3.

The crowd rose to their feet as Atletico Saladillo FC's Fabian Abecia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Xorxe Viguera. That made the score 1-4 after 53 minutes of play. FORTALEZA's Xorxe Viguera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Corderro in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, FORTALEZA's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Corderro came free, but Xorxe Viguera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Danilo Austin's late challenge caught a FORTALEZA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Danilo Austin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 60th match minute, Atletico Saladillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danilo Austin to maneuver through the defense. Erland Sagbakken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamdullah Özerdal in the 67th minute of the match. Xorxe Viguera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaudencio Chorche, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Gabriel Corderro did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-7 to the left of a surprised Xorxe Viguera 81 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute, Atletico Saladillo FC's Gabriel Corderro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-8. Xorxe Viguera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Abecia, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Danilo Austin made in the 92nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Prospero Hug. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hector Ferrer in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xorxe Viguera saved FORTALEZA from getting behind. The supporters of FORTALEZA booed when Atletico Saladillo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Abecia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atletico Saladillo FC played a much better game than FORTALEZA and deserved their victory. The FORTALEZA players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
