Fiume Veneto's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Flavio Colon scored to the left of an out of position Bernardo Spano, making the score, 1-0. Cornelio Omero scored 2-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernardo Spano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 19th minute, EBK's Eusko Zubicoeta ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bernardo Spano. Bernardo Spano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Bernardo Spano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Colon, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 25th match minute, Fiume Veneto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anfilogino Mastrangelo to maneuver through the defense. Enrico Cirone kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Cornelio Omero took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernardo Spano. In the 45th minute, Cornelio Omero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernardo Spano was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. 48 minutes into the match, Ştefan Pantea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernardo Spano. Fiume Veneto's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ştefan Pantea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 10-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cornelio Omero was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Flavio Colon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernardo Spano. Fiume Veneto's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Flavio Colon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. 59 minutes into the game, EBK's Eusko Zubicoeta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernardo Spano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0. A collision led to Fiume Veneto getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Emilio Esposito hit a great ball. Fiume Veneto's Bernardo Spano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusko Zubicoeta in the 95th minute of play. After 97 minutes of play, EBK's Cornelio Omero made it 20-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernardo Spano was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. EBK fully deserved thier win.
