Abelardo Macías made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Stefano in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute of the match Castanheiro SC got a corner. Plaza Babys CF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. 陶渊伟 ran over to the corner to take the kick. Castanheiro SC's 陶渊伟 was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Abelardo Macías in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With his leg Abelardo Macías managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Castanheiro SC's Alfredo Stefano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Plaza Babys CF's zone, Alfredo Stefano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abelardo Macías came out of the goal and Alfredo Stefano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Alfredo Stefano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Castanheiro SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredo Stefano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Macías breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abelardo Macías took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Stefano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abelardo Macías made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Stefano in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute Castanheiro SC were awarded a corner. 陶渊伟 went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 31st minute Aparicio Ladra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tales Brito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tales Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aparicio Ladra in the 45th minute of the match.

Abelardo Macías showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Stefano, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Robben Spoelberchs got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Abelardo Macías quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Stefano in the 59th minute of play forced Plaza Babys CF's goalkeeper Abelardo Macías to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute of the match, Yasin Saleh tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tales Brito saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Plaza Babys CF made a substitution. Joseba Sacristán replaced Roi Morales. Plaza Babys CF's Zahar Garzon was substituted for Pietro Echavarri. After a defensive mix-up in Plaza Babys CF's zone, Alfredo Stefano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abelardo Macías came out of the goal and Alfredo Stefano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfredo Stefano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Abelardo Macías tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yasin Saleh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Tales Brito made a huge save. After 83 played minutes Castanheiro SC got a freekick which was hit by Robben Spoelberchs. In the 86th minute of the game Joseba Sacristán made a throw-in which Aļģis Engers played forward. In the 90thth minute of the game Alfredo Stefano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Plaza Babys CF's Abelardo Macías was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Zahar Garzon came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Plaza Babys CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zahar Garzon couldn't finish the play. After 96 played minutes Plaza Babys CF got a freekick which was hit by Edward Golec. When the referee blew the final whistle, Castanheiro SC could leave the field as winners, despite Plaza Babys CF having more of the ball for most of the match.
