In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Mandiyu's goalkeeper Eulalio Bastian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Jonas Andrae hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th match minute, Panopticon 04 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niklas Söderlund to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Chris Godø from long distance, 40 minutes into the match, got Eulalio Bastian's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Fabien Lafont showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chiquito Benítez, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 46th minute, Tiberiu Tatomir reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eulalio Bastian. The goal made the score 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tiberiu Tatomir to make the kick off. Leonides Remir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Fabien Lafont made a huge save. A collision led to Deportivo Mandiyu getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Leonides Remir hit a great ball. Andris Van den Haute hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Fabien Lafont made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pipis Vattimos in the 59th minute of play. Fabien Lafont made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonides Remir in the 64th minute. Eulalio Bastian didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from George Gustafsson went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Deportivo Mandiyu's Arne Bronco was substituted for Leonides Remir. The supporters of Deportivo Mandiyu booed when Panopticon 04 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aristides Hermelando charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Deportivo Mandiyu's Eulalio Bastian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Tatomir in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, Benigno Larpe lined in a short shot 2-3 behind a frustrated Fabien Lafont.
