When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gilberto Rancaño made a kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind VILLANUEVA FC's goalkeeper Nicodemo Recalde, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Franc Merlot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcel Blanco in the 56th minute of the match. Nicodemo Recalde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Rancaño, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 96 minutes into the match, VILLANUEVA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Rancaño came free, but Nicodemo Recalde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 102nd minute Gilberto Rancaño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicodemo Recalde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. TiGrEs Fx walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
