Cristian Mohora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 12th minute Cristian Mohora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabien Nunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ground Control's goalkeeper Fabien Nunes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcin Falk in the 21st minute of play forced Ground Control's goalkeeper Fabien Nunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of KS Junior booed when Ground Control was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tostão Donato didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half KS Junior were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anton Karakevych made a kick off. Wawrzyniec Brytan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Karakevych in the 51st minute of the match. Wawrzyniec Brytan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frédéric Courtial in the 56th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcin Falk got free with Fabien Nunes in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wawrzyniec Brytan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frédéric Courtial, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. KS Junior's Wawrzyniec Cebula got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wawrzyniec Brytan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anton Karakevych's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. After 90 played minutes Ground Control got a freekick which was hit by Tostão Donato. Cristian Mohora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Fabien Nunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded KS Junior left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ground Control.
