The crowd rose to their feet as KS Bozywerek's Adrian Augustyn slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Miguel Proença. That made the score 2-0 after 12 minutes of play. With a little luck, CACHI's Miguel Proença got control of the ball when Antoine Cassar Torreggiani tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner ended in Adrian Augustyn almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but CACHI's Miguel Proença did a great save. Miguel Proença stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adrian Augustyn's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. In the 39th minute of the match KS Bozywerek got a corner. CACHI's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Angelino Isaio thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Miguel Proença, a very annoying self made goal in the 39th minute which led to 6-0. Miguel Proença showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Kociniewski in the 43rd minute of the match. Felipo Carulla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Elazar in the 44th minute of play. CACHI's Miguel Proença proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save CACHI from getting a goal against them. Julian Kociniewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Miguel Proença made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcial Rafel made a kick off.
