The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robin Öberg during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Robin Öberg hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute, Robin Öberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the game, Antonio Romino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dennis Wallin. Antonio Romino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. If Antonio Romino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dennis Wallin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabiano Perdigão in the 26th minute of play. Antonio Romino might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dennis Wallin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antonio Romino ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to The Gunners getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Robin Öberg hit a great ball. Antonio Romino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Dennis Wallin made a huge save. Antonio Romino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dennis Wallin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Tor Kellbom in the 44th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AYYILDIZ's Lukas Kvarnström. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pontus Berglund to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Antonio Romino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dennis Wallin was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Gunners's goalkeeper Dennis Wallin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Robin Öberg made in the 58th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Andreas Ahlbeck. 60 minutes into the game, AYYILDIZ's Antonio Romino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dennis Wallin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Dennis Wallin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Romino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the game, AYYILDIZ's Antonio Romino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dennis Wallin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. In the 79th minute Antonio Romino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennis Wallin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Romino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Romino in the 81st minute of play forced The Gunners's goalkeeper Dennis Wallin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benjamin Tunander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Furlan having to interfere. Dennis Wallin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alp Arslan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Antonio Romino managed to get in a good position for a shot. AYYILDIZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonio Romino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dennis Wallin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dennis Wallin came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by AYYILDIZ's Antonio Romino. But to his dismay, Antonio Romino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0.
