Peter Achteresch didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO. Peter Achteresch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laerte Favoretto, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Remigio Valerón showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Meinhardt in the 10th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Laerte Favoretto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Achteresch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Remigio Valerón played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Meinhardt in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute Heinz-Dieter Schwabenland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Valerón saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heinz-Dieter Schwabenland in the 19th minute of play forced ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's goalkeeper Remigio Valerón to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrian Meinhardt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Valerón having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Hubert Finken's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Remigio Valerón was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. In the 45th minute Adrian Meinhardt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Valerón saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 48 played minutes ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO got a freekick which was hit by Taurino Losantos. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The wind increased when Julio Alacuart made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Arbing FSV - yougame.at's La Rat got a free kick in the 55th minute. Saverio Castelao blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Peter Achteresch having to make a save. Peter Achteresch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laerte Favoretto in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Meinhardt in the 62nd minute of play forced ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's goalkeeper Remigio Valerón to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Silvano Venceslao managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arbing FSV - yougame.at's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvano Venceslao was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remigio Valerón breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silvano Venceslao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Remigio Valerón made a huge save. Peter Achteresch stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rey Northe's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Remigio Valerón showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hubert Finken, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Remigio Valerón showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
