Ignacio Alvarez was slow to take the kick. During this time GARGOYLES's players had a chance to rest. Slavyan Mechkuev was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Andoni Zubizarreta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Laurgain in the 17th minute of the match. Jose Nuñez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Slavyan Mechkuev in the 23rd minute of play. In the 26th minute Ignacio Alvarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Nuñez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Clodoveo Cayo was the one to do the kick off. After 50 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for GARGOYLES! GARGOYLES:s Andoni Zubizarreta showed great skill when he stopped Baldomiro Laurgain:s penalty. 52 minutes into the match, Baldomiro Laurgain had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andoni Zubizarreta. GARGOYLES's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baldomiro Laurgain was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 55 minutes into the game, ► EL GRAN DOGO ◄'s Baldomiro Laurgain nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andoni Zubizarreta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Andoni Zubizarreta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 严奕常 in the 68th minute of the match. Valko Nanyov kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Andoni Zubizarreta came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by ► EL GRAN DOGO ◄'s Baldomiro Laurgain. But to his dismay, Baldomiro Laurgain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Andoni Zubizarreta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 严奕常 in the 74th minute of play. Ignacio Alvarez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Jose Nuñez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 81st minute Federico Jurdan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andoni Zubizarreta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valko Nanyov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jose Nuñez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. In the 90th minute Nereo Serapio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andoni Zubizarreta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, ► EL GRAN DOGO ◄'s Clodoveo Cayo got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ► EL GRAN DOGO ◄ fans cheered their team off the field, for while GARGOYLES had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
