Andoni Zubizarreta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heino Helkamo in the 13th minute of the match. The Palloketut fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Palloketut's Toni Fabich looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 24th match minute, Palloketut was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heino Helkamo to maneuver through the defense. Valko Nanyov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Yan Chong Sen made a huge save. Palloketut's Yan Chong Sen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Palloketut from getting a goal against them. Yan Chong Sen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ignacio Alvarez in the 32nd minute. Ignacio Alvarez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Yan Chong Sen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Toni Fabich stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Antonio Sciotto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yan Chong Sen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Voitto Nyrhinen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andoni Zubizarreta having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ignacio Alvarez in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yan Chong Sen saved Palloketut from getting behind. Yan Chong Sen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Alvarez in the 55th minute of play. Yan Chong Sen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valko Nanyov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute Antonio Sciotto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yan Chong Sen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ignacio Alvarez in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yan Chong Sen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 82 minutes Palloketut's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ignacio Alvarez who took care of the corner kick. 86 minutes into the match, Ignacio Alvarez notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Palloketut's Yan Chong Sen. Yan Chong Sen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Sciotto in the 89th minute of play forced Palloketut's goalkeeper Yan Chong Sen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Antonio Sciotto notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Palloketut's Yan Chong Sen. Yan Chong Sen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The throw-in from Ali Ruohiainen in the 94th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by GARGOYLES's Naycho Dotzov. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by Palloketut's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ignacio Alvarez was slow to take the kick. During this time GARGOYLES's players had a chance to rest. For all the effort they put into the match, the Palloketut players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for GARGOYLES.
