The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniele Terrasi got free with Arnulfo Nataniel in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Conrad Wy kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arnulfo Nataniel. That made the score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. Feo Perro's late challenge caught a Spadarolo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feo Perro helped the player get up and apologised. After 21 played minutes Cachiyuyo EAS got a freekick which was hit by Feo Perro. A sloppy throw-in by Casimiro Illanes in the 25th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Cachiyuyo EAS's Anselmo Frascuelo. Cachiyuyo EAS's Arnulfo Nataniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Cachiyuyo EAS from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Ivan Drago managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cachiyuyo EAS's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivan Drago was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Téo Soares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ivan Drago to make the kick off. The Spadarolo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0.
