DALO S.C.'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 7th minute Frans Geurtsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaias Perojo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doğuş Vecihi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Öz Bern SK's Isaias Perojo threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Frans Geurtsen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kılıç Uğural showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Putte von der Putten in the 16th minute of the match. Sandu Stănciulaş could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Isaias Perojo made a huge save. Putte von der Putten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isaias Perojo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kong Fan Chen, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sandu Stănciulaş made a kick off. After a rather tough play, DALO S.C.'s Alonzo Vera got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Isaias Perojo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandu Stănciulaş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mora Liebana kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Isaias Perojo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mora Liebana kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Isaias Perojo had in the 73rdth minute some difficulties stopping Doğuş Vecihi's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. A collision led to Öz Bern SK getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Semail Gökdoğan hit a great ball. The supporters of Öz Bern SK booed when DALO S.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. German Fias didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Doğuş Vecihi came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Öz Bern SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Doğuş Vecihi couldn't finish the play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Öz Bern SK fans cheered their team off the field, for while DALO S.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
