The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Ted Holmgren made a precise shot to the right of Lorenzo Jurgi. Sarandi Futbol Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Erland Kvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lorenzo Jurgi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alf Hansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sarandi Futbol Club's Lorenzo Jurgi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erland Kvist in the 12th minute of play. 0-2 became the score in the 14th minute when Ted Holmgren elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Lorenzo Jurgi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alf Hansson in the 20th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Herminio Laurendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sundborn IF's Kalle Askberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Gaizko in the 24th minute of play. Ted Holmgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Jurgi having to interfere. A collision led to Sarandi Futbol Club getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Leonides Clodio hit a great ball. In the 30th minute Alf Hansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo Jurgi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alf Hansson spun around in front of the goal 31 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Sarandi Futbol Club's goal. In the 31stth minute of the game Alf Hansson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sarandi Futbol Club's Lorenzo Jurgi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 32nd match minute, Sarandi Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Gaizko to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sarandi Futbol Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sven-Olof Stephansson was slow to take the kick. During this time Sundborn IF's players had a chance to rest. Ted Holmgren made a great header on Sundborn IF's corner, it was just that Sarandi Futbol Club's Lorenzo Jurgi managed to reach the ball for a save. Lorenzo Jurgi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erland Kvist in the 36th minute of play. Lorenzo Jurgi came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Sundborn IF's Erland Kvist. But to his dismay, Erland Kvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Lorenzo Jurgi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alf Hansson's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Simon Gaizko to make the kick off. Alf Hansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Jurgi having to interfere. Sundborn IF's Ted Holmgren got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sarandi Futbol Club's Lorenzo Jurgi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erland Kvist in the 56th minute of play. Lorenzo Jurgi made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Alf Hansson sent off a good shot on target. Lorenzo Jurgi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ted Holmgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Ted Holmgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Jurgi having to interfere. In the 70th play minute Du Le Wen came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lorenzo Jurgi. 0-5. Erland Kvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Lorenzo Jurgi made a huge save. In the 75th match minute, Sarandi Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stephan Rille to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Kaloyan Mitashev could shoot a difficult shot in the 76th minute, which Lorenzo Jurgi however easily saved by the left post. Lorenzo Jurgi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erland Kvist in the 77th minute of play. Bernardo Pitta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Lorenzo Jurgi made a huge save. Lorenzo Jurgi came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Sundborn IF's Kaloyan Mitashev. But to his dismay, Kaloyan Mitashev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Kaloyan Mitashev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Lorenzo Jurgi made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erland Kvist got free with Lorenzo Jurgi in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match was over Sundborn IF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sarandi Futbol Club throughout the match.
