After a defensive mix-up in Realsamesta's zone, Sven-Olof Stephansson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andy Petersson came out of the goal and Sven-Olof Stephansson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kalle Askberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlinhos Breckenfeld in the 8th minute of the match. Andy Petersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ted Holmgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andy Petersson came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Sundborn IF's Ted Holmgren. But to his dismay, Ted Holmgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Franciszek Kowalczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kalle Askberg having to interfere. Andy Petersson made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Alf Hansson sent off a good shot on target. In the 19th minute, Ermegildo Etxeberri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute of the match Sven-Olof Stephansson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Andy Petersson skillfully saved the ball. The Realsamesta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andy Petersson should have stopped the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carlinhos Breckenfeld was the one to do the kick off. Andy Petersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ted Holmgren in the 52nd minute of play. After having played for 54 minutes, Carlinhos Breckenfeld managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Realsamesta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlinhos Breckenfeld was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The coaching staff of Realsamesta protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Silverio Jacob had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Silverio Jacob kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Sven-Olof Stephansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andy Petersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Kaloyan Mitashev put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Andy Petersson. 94 minutes into the game, Kaloyan Mitashev cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Andy Petersson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
