The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fabio Ticho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Eduardo Galvão having to interfere. After a rather tough play, El Bobo y El Bocho's Teobaldo Nuxila got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute Igor Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Maxin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 7 minutes of play, Aesir FC FSCMZ's Igor Porto made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Felix Maxin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luiz Eduardo Galvão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Ticho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osmar Marinho came free with the goalkeeper in the 19th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Felix Maxin could save by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Osmar Marinho got free with Felix Maxin in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Victor Mendiko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luiz Eduardo Galvão having to make a save. Luiz Eduardo Galvão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Mendiko in the 23rd minute of the match. Felix Maxin made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Osmar Marinho sent off a good shot on target. Osmar Marinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 35 played minutes El Bobo y El Bocho got a freekick which was hit by Victor Mendiko. Fabio Ticho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aesir FC FSCMZ's Luiz Eduardo Galvão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Ticho in the 37th minute of play. El Bobo y El Bocho's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Igor Porto scored to the left of an out of position Felix Maxin, making the score, 2-1. If Fabio Ticho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victor Mendiko to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Porto in the 52nd minute of play forced El Bobo y El Bocho's goalkeeper Felix Maxin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Maxin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osmar Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The ball had pretty good speed, but Luiz Eduardo Galvão firmly grabbed it by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jairo Zonta during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Aesir FC FSCMZ's Jairo Zonta got a free kick in the 94th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Aesir FC FSCMZ had played much better football throughout.
