With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serdar Gulson in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bonifacio Roca saved C.A. MILO from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Pereyra in the 27th minute of play forced FC Lëtzebuerg's goalkeeper Loïc Payen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Lëtzebuerg's Loïc Payen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Pereyra in the 33rd minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Serdar Gulson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bonifacio Roca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serdar Gulson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Serdar Gulson came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the FC Lëtzebuerg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serdar Gulson couldn't finish the play. Loïc Payen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Valgma in the 60th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Samuel Valgma left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A. MILO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 65 played minutes FC Lëtzebuerg got a freekick which was hit by Severo Damario. Loïc Payen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesar Pereyra in the 70th minute of play. C.A. MILO's Bonifacio Roca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serdar Gulson in the 73rd minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, C.A. MILO's goalkeeper Bonifacio Roca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Serdar Gulson. Loïc Payen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Valgma, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute.
