An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Tande in the 23rd minute of play forced All Stars Gent's goalkeeper Eser Şemsi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to TIMETER EC -DMZ- getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Juan Pablo Teran hit a great ball. Ferdinand Joldea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brend Van Laeck in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christiaan Elsen in the 37th minute of play forced TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Ferdinand Joldea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to TIMETER EC -DMZ- getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Juan Pablo Teran hit a great ball. A hard shot by Christiaan Elsen from long distance, 46 minutes into the match, got Ferdinand Joldea's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 47 minutes into the game, Sam Standaers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. All Stars Gent's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TIMETER EC -DMZ- the free kick. In the 47th match minute, All Stars Gent was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sam Standaers to maneuver through the defense. TIMETER EC -DMZ- made a substitution. Waldemar Polek replaced Juan Pablo Teran. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Roger Freire was substituted for Guilherme Félix. Sam Standaers kicked well hit freekick during the 49th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Esterilla Van Meenen to make the kick off. Ferdinand Joldea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esterilla Van Meenen, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. If Esterilla Van Meenen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Roger Freire quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Didier Beekman, made in the 64th minute of the game. 77 minutes into the match, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Christiaan Elsen came free, but Ferdinand Joldea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eser Şemsi was a little too slow when Diogo Faria got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 0-1. Nicolas Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. All Stars Gent's Eser Şemsi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save All Stars Gent from getting a goal against them. In the 92nd match minute, All Stars Gent was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rebeldino Van Meenen to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute Joaquim Tande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eser Şemsi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferdinand Joldea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brend Van Laeck in the 95th minute of the match. The TIMETER EC -DMZ- supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing TIMETER EC -DMZ- would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
