After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Florencio Rafe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Masters United F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Florencio Rafe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicolae Ceaușescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nicolae Ceaușescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Hotz in the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute Celso Hotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolae Ceaușescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Master Champion BMX Flat's Tobiasz Rostow in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Masters United F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Florencio Rafe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Nicolae Ceaușescu made a huge save. If Tobiasz Rostow had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 18 minutes into the match, Master Champion BMX Flat's Tobiasz Rostow sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enrique Bologna narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 21 minutes into the game, Tobiasz Rostow cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Enrique Bologna was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 26th minute Hans-Martin Istad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolae Ceaușescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolae Ceaușescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans-Martin Istad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicolae Ceaușescu made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Saverio Teofilio sent off a good shot on target. Enrique Bologna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobiasz Rostow in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Master Champion BMX Flat's goal looked a bit too open when Hans-Martin Istad came free, but Nicolae Ceaușescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolae Ceaușescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Hotz, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After the first half Master Champion BMX Flat were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 51st minute, Iqbal Faturrahman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aarne Mikkola shot from long distance in the 67th minute, but Enrique Bologna was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. A throw-in in the 70th minute of the game was made by Roman Nalo with Herminio Frantzes as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Master Champion BMX Flat's Nicolae Ceaușescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Rafe in the 79th minute of play. Vágner Lago might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enrique Bologna. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vágner Lago ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vágner Lago in the 83rd minute of play forced Masters United F.C.'s goalkeeper Enrique Bologna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicolae Ceaușescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florencio Rafe in the 84th minute of the match. Nicolae Ceaușescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Rafe, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anselmo Ted during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 90 played minutes Masters United F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Ted. Nicolae Ceaușescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Frantzes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
