In the 7th minute 盛世 高文竞 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Ado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciccio Tacconi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Ignacio Vera, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Emil Houwing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Everardo Ado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. NFC Eagles 22's Ciccio Tacconi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Ignacio Vera in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute of the match, Rafael Nadal tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ciccio Tacconi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ron Moermans hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Algarrobo were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after NFC Eagles 22's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dani Alves took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Juan Ignacio Vera got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ciccio Tacconi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 盛世 高文竞 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Ado having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by 盛世 高文竞 in the 26th minute of play forced Algarrobo's goalkeeper Everardo Ado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, NFC Eagles 22's goalkeeper Ciccio Tacconi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juan Ignacio Vera. Juan Ignacio Vera received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ciccio Tacconi came out and tried to block the shot, but Juan Ignacio Vera slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 27th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmundo Cañas got free with Ciccio Tacconi in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ciccio Tacconi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Ignacio Vera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 minutes NFC Eagles 22's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dani Alves who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Algarrobo's Dani Alves got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Algarrobo's goalkeeper Everardo Ado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Everardo Ado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raymond Schouten in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Juan Ignacio Vera to strike the kick off in the second half. NFC Eagles 22's Ciccio Tacconi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Cañas in the 51st minute of play. 盛世 高文竞's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Everardo Ado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Emil Houwing kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Algarrobo's Sarracino Agurto was substituted for Edmundo Cañas. After 57 played minutes NFC Eagles 22 got a freekick which was hit by Emil Houwing. NFC Eagles 22's Ciccio Tacconi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Ignacio Vera in the 62nd minute of play. Ciccio Tacconi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Ignacio Vera, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Everardo Ado made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when 盛世 高文竞 sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute, Raymond Schouten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. NFC Eagles 22's Martijn Klasens was substituted for Emil Houwing. Ciccio Tacconi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Ignacio Vera in the 78th minute of the match. Ciccio Tacconi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juan Ignacio Vera's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. After 83rd play minutes Juan Ignacio Vera shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Ciccio Tacconi and just under the crossbar into goal. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Algarrobo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ted Jansen was slow to take the kick. During this time NFC Eagles 22's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Algarrobo's goalie and right to Raymond Schouten. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Algarrobo's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Ciccio Tacconi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Ignacio Vera in the 91st minute of the match. Ciccio Tacconi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Ignacio Vera, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Everardo Ado made an important save on a dangerous shot by 盛世 高文竞 in the 94th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, 盛世 高文竞 managed to get in a good position for a shot. NFC Eagles 22's supporters rose to their feet, but 盛世 高文竞 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Everardo Ado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the NFC Eagles 22 players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Algarrobo.
