Carlos Navarro Montoya came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Trindade Atlético Club's Dagoberto Dracena. But to his dismay, Dagoberto Dracena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Tiaguinho Correia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabriel-Omar Santirso in the 36th minute. The Arroyito FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Trindade Atlético Club were winning 1-4.

The wind increased when Dagoberto Dracena made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Gabriel-Omar Santirso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trindade Atlético Club's Tiaguinho Correia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee ignored Trindade Atlético Club's protests and gave Teodoro Vaz a yellow card for diving instead. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Trindade Atlético Club! In the 97th minute there was a penalty for Arroyito FC. Gervasio Unax stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tiaguinho Correia. 2-5. Trindade Atlético Club's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
