Despite this Leonardo Loco quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 11 minutes of play, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Luis Frisco made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonardo Loco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Saturnino Romo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonardo Loco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. With a little luck, Atlético Matorrales's Leonardo Loco got control of the ball when Saturnino Romo tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Saturnino Romo took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Leonardo Loco to make any attempt to save it. Leonardo Loco was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Saturnino Romo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 27 minute of play. Rosendo Montel got a throw-in 30 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ambrosio Damario. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Saturnino Romo took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Leonardo Loco to make any attempt to save it. 35 minutes into the match, Atlético Matorrales's goal looked a bit too open when Saturnino Romo came free, but Leonardo Loco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Saturnino Romo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leonardo Loco. That made the score 6-0 in the 40 minute of play. After having played for 45 minutes, Saturnino Romo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Saturnino Romo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mats Liljeström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Loco having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tadeo Quilino to make the kick off. Leonardo Loco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerzy Marchefka in the 66th minute of play. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Dedê Donatello was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Leonardo Loco in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 71 minutes into the match, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s goalkeeper Oliverio Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ambrosio Damario. Leonardo Loco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jerzy Marchefka went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. Atlético Matorrales's Ambrosio Damario got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leonardo Loco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerzy Marchefka in the 78th minute of play. Jerzy Marchefka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Anastasio Caton's late challenge caught a ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
