But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walery Wodaszak couldn't finish the play. In the 47th minute Zbyszek Franzik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilabert Alonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Racing Rocafort C.F. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Myszków SSA were winning 1-6.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Walery Wodaszak in the 52nd minute of play forced Racing Rocafort C.F.'s goalkeeper Gilabert Alonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karol Bartelak got free with Gilabert Alonso in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Myszków SSA's Antoni Teofila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charro Camino in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Karol Bartelak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilabert Alonso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-10. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Karol Bartelak put it in 1-11 from a short distance just to the right of Gilabert Alonso. In the 89th minute, Jakub Harasimowicz sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Racing Rocafort C.F.'s Gilabert Alonso didn't even have to move. 90 minutes into the game, Zbyszek Franzik recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gilabert Alonso. Zbyszek Franzik showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-12. Racing Rocafort C.F.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Zbyszek Franzik scored to the left of an out of position Gilabert Alonso, making the score, 1-13. The Racing Rocafort C.F. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Myszków SSA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
