The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Carlos Claris dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A collision led to AC Papaya getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Oliver Eriksson hit a great ball. Carlos Claris came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Papaya's Nino de Alcântara. But to his dismay, Nino de Alcântara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 16th minute, Vilhelm Falkrans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sigvard Edström made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Edgard Teles sent off a good shot on target. In the 21st minute, Nino de Alcântara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carlos Claris was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. AC Papaya's Sigvard Edström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save AC Papaya from getting a goal against them. In the 28th minute Naim Cheche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sigvard Edström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Alfred Pechal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Super Penalitop's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AC Papaya the free kick. Alfred Pechal hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the match, Super Penalitop's Naim Cheche sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sigvard Edström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, AC Papaya's goalkeeper Sigvard Edström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfred Pechal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ladislao Berart during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. AC Papaya's Sigvard Edström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Naim Cheche in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute, Edgard Teles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nino de Alcântara to strike the kick off in the second half. Sigvard Edström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naim Cheche in the 54th minute of play. If Naim Cheche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Super Penalitop's Naim Cheche got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Super Penalitop's Roberto Luna got a free kick in the 61st minute. Super Penalitop's Andres Drogba was substituted for Naim Cheche. In the 63rd match minute, Super Penalitop was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Luna to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Nino de Alcântara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Claris was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. The supporters of AC Papaya booed when Super Penalitop was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Facundo Robak didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th match minute, Super Penalitop was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Luna to maneuver through the defense. 90 minutes into the match, AC Papaya's goal looked a bit too open when Andre Iniesta came free, but Sigvard Edström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Alfred Pechal notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of AC Papaya's Sigvard Edström. Sigvard Edström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Although Super Penalitop had been in control for most of the match, AC Papaya still came away with the win.
