It was a well-played corner which Beto Braga managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 44th minute Beto Braga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliver Oliver saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Siekierski did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Dagoberto Loureiro 48 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The wind increased when Vito Leite made the kick off in the second half. Dagoberto Loureiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Dobromir Brudnicki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Şener Atabek hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After having played for 87 minutes, Talha İstanbul managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cöpacabana FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Talha İstanbul was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dagoberto Loureiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robert Siekierski's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. BOYABAT CELTIC FC's Oliver Oliver proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save BOYABAT CELTIC FC from getting a goal against them. Dagoberto Loureiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rune Dahlquist in the 92nd minute of the match. Dobromir Brudnicki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Oliver Oliver made a huge save. In the 97th minute, Robert Siekierski made a precise shot to the right of Dagoberto Loureiro. Cöpacabana FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Cöpacabana FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
