Kang Ying Hai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roman Quexal hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. João Carlos Lucas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Perez in the 36th minute of the match. In the 38thth minute of the game Gernando Azevedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Kang Ying Hai was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Daavid Uitto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Carlos Lucas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play.

Gustavo Scarpa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 53 minutes into the match, ..Villa Rugby Club..'s goalkeeper Kang Ying Hai had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gernando Azevedo. Gernando Azevedo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kang Ying Hai came out and tried to block the shot, but Gernando Azevedo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 53rd minute. Kang Ying Hai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gernando Azevedo in the 56th minute of the match. Kang Ying Hai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gernando Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olaf Cebula in the 59th minute of play forced Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper João Carlos Lucas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute Gernando Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kang Ying Hai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by ..Villa Rugby Club..'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arjen Robben was slow to take the kick. During this time Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's players had a chance to rest. Gernando Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Gernando Azevedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Kang Ying Hai made a huge save. 68 minutes into the match, Gernando Azevedo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kang Ying Hai, 0-2. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ made a substitution. Gabriel Recife replaced Gernando Azevedo. A sloppy throw-in by Aldo Zumiel in the 72nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Cezary Bartoszek. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Recife in the 73rd minute of play forced ..Villa Rugby Club..'s goalkeeper Kang Ying Hai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute Gabriel Recife shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kang Ying Hai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Gabriel Recife quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 80 minutes into the match, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Cavad Lider came free, but João Carlos Lucas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Saúl Menem in the 87th minute of play forced Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper João Carlos Lucas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 minutes of play, ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Carlos Saúl Menem made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Carlos Lucas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Luís Paulo do Nascimento was substituted for Fortunato Froněk. If Gabriel Recife had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
