Charis Raftopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Tonio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th match minute, Gryffindor Lions was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Vimaro to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute Gaston Jerrald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfredo Irrintzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birkan Balıkçı in the 21st minute of play forced Gryffindor Lions's goalkeeper Wilfredo Irrintzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 minutes of play, Vakoufi Utd's Birkan Balıkçı made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilfredo Irrintzi was left in no man's land by his defense there! 26 minutes into the match, Gryffindor Lions's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Korpetis came free, but Wilfredo Irrintzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Gryffindor Lions defense, Konstantinos Tsevas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilfredo Irrintzi. The Gryffindor Lions fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilfredo Irrintzi should have stopped the shot. 30 minutes into the match, Gryffindor Lions's goal looked a bit too open when Birkan Balıkçı came free, but Wilfredo Irrintzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gryffindor Lions's Deng Hong Ping managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Huang Tian Ao in the 62 minute of the game. In the 64th minute Birkan Balıkçı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfredo Irrintzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaston Jerrald got free with Wilfredo Irrintzi in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Birkan Balıkçı took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilfredo Irrintzi. In the 70th minute, Elpidio Remigio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Konstantinos Tsevas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Wilfredo Irrintzi made a huge save. After some careless play in the Gryffindor Lions defense, Gaston Jerrald kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilfredo Irrintzi. The Gryffindor Lions fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilfredo Irrintzi should have stopped the shot. Wilfredo Irrintzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstantinos Tsevas in the 77th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Vakoufi Utd's Andreas Korpetis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-11. 86 minutes into the match, Konstantinos Tsevas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilfredo Irrintzi. Gryffindor Lions's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Konstantinos Tsevas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-12. With his leg Wilfredo Irrintzi managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when Vakoufi Utd's Birkan Balıkçı fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Vakoufi Utd's Charis Raftopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Froilan Astrada in the 91st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaston Jerrald got free with Wilfredo Irrintzi in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 95 played minutes Gryffindor Lions got a freekick which was hit by Eustacio Gaxan. Vakoufi Utd's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
