After 14 minutes of play, ATHLETICO PRaiano's Deilmison van Basten made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zdzislaw Domarecki was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rodriguinho Sousa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şahap Cezar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Denílson Magalhães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zdzislaw Domarecki had in the 22ndth minute some difficulties stopping Deilmison van Basten's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Deilmison van Basten had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zdzislaw Domarecki. Onyx's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Deilmison van Basten was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Deilmison van Basten struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Zdzislaw Domarecki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ATHLETICO PRaiano. Zdzislaw Domarecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deilmison van Basten in the 30th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Deilmison van Basten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zdzislaw Domarecki was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Deilmison van Basten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zdzislaw Domarecki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Onyx's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Unax Mudarra was slow to take the kick. During this time ATHLETICO PRaiano's players had a chance to rest. ATHLETICO PRaiano's Unax Mudarra was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Zdzislaw Domarecki in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Unax Mudarra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Zdzislaw Domarecki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zdzislaw Domarecki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deilmison van Basten in the 46th minute of the match. Rodriguinho Sousa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şahap Cezar, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Şahap Cezar in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodriguinho Sousa saved ATHLETICO PRaiano from getting behind.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Piotr Zahemski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Konrad Bubczyk hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Zdzislaw Domarecki made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Deilmison van Basten sent off a good shot on target. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Onyx's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Domarecki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ATHLETICO PRaiano made a substitution. Heitor Maldini replaced Betão Marquez. Deilmison van Basten struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Zdzislaw Domarecki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ATHLETICO PRaiano. After 71 minutes Onyx's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Unax Mudarra who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on ATHLETICO PRaiano's corner Unax Mudarra fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zdzislaw Domarecki quite easily take care of the ball. 79 minutes into the match, ATHLETICO PRaiano's goal looked a bit too open when Şahap Cezar came free, but Rodriguinho Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodriguinho Sousa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jurand Jaraczeski, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Zdzislaw Domarecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deilmison van Basten in the 83rd minute of play.
