An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Della Rocca in the 3rd minute of play forced Flamengo's goalkeeper August Hjortberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th match minute, PowerHawKings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damiano Tatangelo to maneuver through the defense. Li Nan Yu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 12 played minutes Flamengo got a freekick which was hit by Tord Stolpe. Alvise Di Leonardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 18 played minutes PowerHawKings got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Della Rocca. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damiano Tatangelo in the 21st minute of play forced Flamengo's goalkeeper August Hjortberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Qiao Nan Wen put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Filippo Falasca. Flamengo's August Hjortberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Della Rocca in the 28th minute of play. In the 34th minute Damiano Tatangelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but August Hjortberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Qiao Nan Wen took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filippo Falasca. Filippo Falasca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 42 minutes into the match, Flamengo's goal looked a bit too open when Damiano Tatangelo came free, but August Hjortberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Qiao Nan Wen to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Flamengo's Qiao Nan Wen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filippo Falasca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Flamengo's August Hjortberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Della Rocca in the 55th minute of play. Filippo Falasca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Qiao Nan Wen, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Flamengo's August Hjortberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Di Monte in the 58th minute of play. In the 64th minute Qiao Nan Wen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filippo Falasca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qiao Nan Wen in the 67th minute of play forced PowerHawKings's goalkeeper Filippo Falasca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flamengo made a substitution. Henrik Kilström replaced Greger Strömbom. After 69 minutes PowerHawKings's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Li Nan Yu who took care of the corner kick. August Hjortberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amerigo Di Fabio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Li Nan Yu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filippo Falasca having to interfere. After a rather tough play, PowerHawKings's Andrea Scurti got a free kick in the 79th minute. If Kasper Bivall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kasper Bivall got free with Filippo Falasca in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 82 minutes into the match, Flamengo's goal looked a bit too open when Domenico Taranto came free, but August Hjortberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. August Hjortberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domenico Taranto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, Domenico Taranto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. August Hjortberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Flamengo walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
