In the 18th minute Abu Bakar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Guib saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stylus United's Gustaf Holm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Cresconio in the 22nd minute of play. Gustaf Holm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amancio Ekain in the 25th minute. 28 minutes into the match, La Zabaleta's goal looked a bit too open when Abu Bakar came free, but Arturo Guib reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arturo Guib took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Fernando Albuquerque, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of La Zabaleta booed when Stylus United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ender Kayaer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 37 minutes, Herminio Cresconio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Zabaleta and the Stylus United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Herminio Cresconio kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Herminio Cresconio managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Zabaleta's supporters rose to their feet, but Herminio Cresconio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustaf Holm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jurand Kaczanka's late challenge caught a Stylus United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jurand Kaczanka helped the player get up and apologised. After 47 played minutes La Zabaleta got a freekick which was hit by Jurand Kaczanka. Arturo Guib showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Fernando Albuquerque in the 48th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Ender Kayaer got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arturo Guib quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teodosio Lop was the one to do the kick off. A hard shot 53 in the game by Carlos Fernando Albuquerque from a close distance when the talented Arturo Guib managed to make a qualified save. La Zabaleta's players were relieved. In the 55th minute Abu Bakar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Guib saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abu Bakar in the 61st minute of play forced La Zabaleta's goalkeeper Arturo Guib to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arturo Guib made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abu Bakar in the 62nd minute of play. Stylus United's Gustaf Holm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Cresconio in the 65th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Fernando Albuquerque in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arturo Guib prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Damaso Ondino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tālis Cam kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Gustaf Holm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robustiano Guillerme, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 85 minutes into the game, Stylus United's Abu Bakar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arturo Guib made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Lorenzo Arce was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 92 minutes into the match. La Zabaleta:s Arturo Guib showed great skill when he stopped Eriberto Tab:s penalty. Micah Vesović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arturo Guib made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Fernando Albuquerque in the 100th minute. Although La Zabaleta had been in control for most of the match, Stylus United still came away with the win.
