Arne Jonasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Hazar Hayırlı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hazar Hayırlı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gert Carlsson in the 8th minute of play. In the 8th match minute, MALATYASPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tayyar Dilsaz to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, Arne Jonasson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 11 minutes of play, The Lions's Gert Carlsson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hazar Hayırlı was left in no man's land by his defense there! 17 minutes into the match, Arne Jonasson notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of MALATYASPOR's Hazar Hayırlı. Hazar Hayırlı was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arne Jonasson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hazar Hayırlı having to make a save. 19 minutes into the match, MALATYASPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Jonasson came free, but Hazar Hayırlı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hazar Hayırlı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Jonasson in the 25th minute of play. After 27 minutes of play, The Lions's Arne Jonasson made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hazar Hayırlı was left in no man's land by his defense there! 31 minutes into the match, Arne Jonasson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hazar Hayırlı. MALATYASPOR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arne Jonasson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. When The Lions's Gert Carlsson in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MALATYASPOR's goalie prevented a goal. Hazar Hayırlı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gert Carlsson in the 36th minute of the match. Hazar Hayırlı came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by The Lions's Arne Jonasson. But to his dismay, Arne Jonasson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Hazar Hayırlı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ágoston Mészáros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hazar Hayırlı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arne Jonasson in the 45th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, MALATYASPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Gert Carlsson came free, but Hazar Hayırlı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ali Güralp Cansefa to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Arne Jonasson made a precise shot to the right of Hazar Hayırlı. MALATYASPOR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. 58 minutes into the match, MALATYASPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Jonasson came free, but Hazar Hayırlı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arne Jonasson in the 61st minute of play forced MALATYASPOR's goalkeeper Hazar Hayırlı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute of the match, Filiph Hedkvist tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hazar Hayırlı saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arne Jonasson in the 64th minute of play forced MALATYASPOR's goalkeeper Hazar Hayırlı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, MALATYASPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Jonasson came free, but Hazar Hayırlı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Arne Jonasson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hazar Hayırlı. That made the score 0-11 in the 74 minute of play. In the 79th minute, The Lions's Arne Jonasson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-12. Evert Mellberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hasan Hüseyin Yaldırak in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Arne Jonasson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Lions fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-13. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iustin Braniște in the 88th minute of play forced MALATYASPOR's goalkeeper Hazar Hayırlı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Iustin Braniște ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hazar Hayırlı was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-14. After 92 played minutes MALATYASPOR got a freekick which was hit by Rüstem Koç. Arne Jonasson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The MALATYASPOR fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. The Lions were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
