Serafin Bernal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Gustavo de Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 14th minute Xepe Godan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Szczęsny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafin Bernal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Gustavo de Amaral in the 21st minute of play. BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s attentive Novri Goeslaw managed to snatch the ball when Jonny Saran made a throw-in in the 30th minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Talleres de Escalada's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- the free kick. In the 54th match minute, Talleres de Escalada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cecilio Lesardo to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 57 minutes, Luís Gustavo de Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Luís Gustavo de Amaral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Talleres de Escalada's Serafin Bernal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Talleres de Escalada from getting a goal against them. BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- made a substitution. Kaká Vieira replaced Karl Valentin. BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s Alfredo de Souza was substituted for Cerdic Pintar. In the 66th minute Keno De Bruyne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Bernal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Talleres de Escalada's Serafin Bernal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Talleres de Escalada from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s Serafin Bernal threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kaká Vieira, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpected shot in the 86th minute by Keno De Bruyne got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 88th minute Milen Godzhev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Bernal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafin Bernal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo de Souza in the 91st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredo de Souza got free with Serafin Bernal in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Serafin Bernal came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s Keno De Bruyne. But to his dismay, Keno De Bruyne quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2.
