Penuel Football Club's Victor Amato was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Werner Kamps in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Werner Kamps made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nando Pereira in the 8th minute of play. Werner Kamps showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nando Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Victor Amato kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Bierunese's Kevin Arnolds got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Nando Pereira fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Penuel Football Club's protests and gave Nando Pereira a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th minute, Nando Pereira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Bierunese booed when Penuel Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nando Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Penuel Football Club's Epifanio Gabrio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nathan van Aalderen in the 18th minute of play. After 18th play minutes Kevin Arnolds shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Epifanio Gabrio and just under the crossbar into goal. The audience was convinced that Nando Pereira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Werner Kamps was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Jacco Klijnstra managed to get in a good position for a shot. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eduardo Pires made a kick off. After 51 minutes, Corderall Nieves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Penuel Football Club and the Bierunese players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 51st match minute, Penuel Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Corderall Nieves to maneuver through the defense. Bartoleme Villasante was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 53 minutes into the match. 52 minutes into the game, one of Penuel Football Club:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Epifanio Gabrio, was totally fooled by Bierunese's Donato Alvarez, who 54 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Werner Kamps didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nando Pereira went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Bierunese's Werner Kamps played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nando Pereira in the 61st minute of play. Chen Shi Ran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 96thth minute of the game Chen Shi Ran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bierunese's Werner Kamps was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Penuel Football Club fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bierunese had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
