Cipriano Bernat might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mugurel Puișoru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mugurel Puișoru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Bernat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mads Hermansen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidiu Poenaru in the 10th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Papato Tatengue's Cipriano Bernat sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mugurel Puișoru narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mads Hermansen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ive Kindermans in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute, Cipriano Bernat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mugurel Puișoru was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Cavalerii Viola's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Iker Galo in the 22nd minute. The corner ended in Iker Galo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Papato Tatengue's Mads Hermansen did a great save. The supporters of Cavalerii Viola booed when Papato Tatengue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Rosio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Mads Hermansen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidiu Poenaru in the 79th minute of the match. After having played for 81 minutes, Cipriano Bernat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Papato Tatengue's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cipriano Bernat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cavalerii Viola's Mugurel Puișoru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Cavalerii Viola from getting a goal against them. Vintilă Adam kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 85th minute of the game Gavril Zăraşcu made a throw-in which Adolfas Burkys played forward. The supporters of Cavalerii Viola booed when Papato Tatengue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Bernat didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Cavalerii Viola's zone, Cipriano Bernat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mugurel Puișoru came out of the goal and Cipriano Bernat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cavalerii Viola's goalkeeper Mugurel Puișoru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mugurel Puișoru made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Cipriano Bernat sent off a good shot on target. Ahmet İlke Develi hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Cipriano Bernat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
