Melchor Gai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israel Acosta, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Israel Acosta took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Melchor Gai. Melchor Gai dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the last second Melchor Gai throw himself and got hold of the ball when Israel Acosta in the 15thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Jantes lag's Melchor Gai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Jantes lag from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Jantes lag getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Lars Söder hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Ola Modig in the 23rd minute of play forced Frente Revolucionario F.C's goalkeeper Ingolf Ortmark to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute, Israel Acosta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ingolf Ortmark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabit Değirmencioğlu in the 32nd minute of the match. Jens-Ola Modig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Ingolf Ortmark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melchor Gai was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Israel Acosta showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 37 minute of play. In the 46th minute, Stein Van Eyke ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Melchor Gai was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jens-Ola Modig to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Israel Acosta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jantes lag's Melchor Gai was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Melchor Gai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israel Acosta, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Stein Van Eyke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leon Sedzikowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melchor Gai having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Jantes lag's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Acosta came free, but Melchor Gai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Stein Van Eyke ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Melchor Gai was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Israel Acosta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Melchor Gai read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Israel Acosta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Frente Revolucionario F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Israel Acosta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melchor Gai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Stein Van Eyke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute, Lars Söder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In a very dangerous position, a player in Jantes lag fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 93rd minute. Penalty! In the 94th minute there was a penalty for Frente Revolucionario F.C. Stein Van Eyke stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Melchor Gai. 8-0. Jantes lag's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
