In the 4th minute, Dominik Noworolnik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 9th minute Cyryl Lodowy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Kosiorek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iskra Łódź's Artur Kosiorek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominik Noworolnik in the 10th minute of play. The long shot by Bogumil Bartocha in the 13th minute really tested Kacper Gamza's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The supporters of Iskra Łódź booed when Gotham City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cezary Olejniczak didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Iskra Łódź getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Tymoteusz Ciborek hit a great ball. In the 24th minute, Dominik Noworolnik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gotham City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Alfred Zgonina hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute of the match Leszek Karwowski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kacper Gamza showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Artur Kosiorek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldemar Wnukowski in the 30th minute of the match. The supporters of Gotham City booed when Iskra Łódź was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milosz Jaks didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute Dominik Noworolnik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Kosiorek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Leszek Karwowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 41 played minutes Iskra Łódź got a freekick which was hit by Ludomil Ruszkowski. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cyryl Lodowy to strike the kick off in the second half. Cyryl Lodowy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Artur Kosiorek made a huge save. Marzoq Stonebridge received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Artur Kosiorek came out and tried to block the shot, but Marzoq Stonebridge slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 54th minute. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Cyryl Lodowy put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Artur Kosiorek. When Waldemar Kajdasz fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Iskra Łódź's protests and gave Waldemar Kajdasz a yellow card for diving instead. After 67 played minutes Iskra Łódź got a freekick which was hit by Waldemar Kajdasz. Artur Kosiorek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cyryl Lodowy in the 72nd minute. An unexpected shot in the 79th minute by Dominik Noworolnik got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Marzoq Stonebridge could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Artur Kosiorek made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marzoq Stonebridge got free with Artur Kosiorek in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gotham City were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Iskra Łódź's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Stasio Gdowski took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Tanek Basaik heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. When Marzoq Stonebridge fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gotham City's protests and gave Marzoq Stonebridge a yellow card for diving instead.
