The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erdal Tamkoç to strike the kick off in the second half. Blas Otoniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bebeto Sarmento in the 53rd minute of the match. Ernesto Birila hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Blas Otoniel made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Osman Gulson sent off a good shot on target. 57 minutes into the match, 1930 Bafraspor's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Duarte came free, but Qin Sen Chen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Qin Sen Chen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Duarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Rahman Kabadayı hit a great ball. In the 91st minute, Wilfredo Calvet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 92 played minutes 1930 Bafraspor got a freekick which was hit by Erdal Tamkoç. With a little luck, Tordos de Huejutla's Blas Otoniel got control of the ball when Erdal Tamkoç tried to sneak it across the goal line. The 1930 Bafraspor supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing 1930 Bafraspor would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
