The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfonso Goicoechea was the one to do the kick off. Sandecja's Thiago Paraense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugur Chiriac in the 52nd minute of play. Thiago Paraense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mugur Chiriac in the 53rd minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Club Atlético Atlanta left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sandecja.
