If Esat Kemalettin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute Ben Şah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Alberto Villa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. IFK Fjärås were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Talcampeón FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Karl-Erik Rosén took the corner. Karl-Erik Rosén made a great header on IFK Fjärås's corner, it was just that Talcampeón FC's Carlos Alberto Villa managed to reach the ball for a save. Talcampeón FC's Carlos Alberto Villa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ben Şah in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute IFK Fjärås were awarded a corner. Karl-Erik Rosén went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Karl-Erik Rosén got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Carlos Alberto Villa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Paredes in the 23rd minute of play forced IFK Fjärås's goalkeeper Kristoffer Västerberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Talcampeón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ben Şah came free, but Carlos Alberto Villa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Esat Kemalettin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Carlos Alberto Villa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. IFK Fjärås's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Karl-Erik Rosén in the 29th minute. IFK Fjärås's Karl-Erik Rosén was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Carlos Alberto Villa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The supporters of Talcampeón FC booed when IFK Fjärås was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esat Kemalettin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Alberto Villa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ben Şah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kristoffer Västerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelino Fritz, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Esat Kemalettin's late challenge caught a Talcampeón FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esat Kemalettin helped the player get up and apologised. When Marcelino Fritz came up free with the goalie in the 49th minute, the Talcampeón FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelino Fritz couldn't finish the play. The Talcampeón FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. IFK Fjärås were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lolo Acharan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kristoffer Västerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yeray Necochea, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After a rather tough play, Talcampeón FC's Damario Ferrada got a free kick in the 62nd minute. When Ben Şah came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the IFK Fjärås fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ben Şah couldn't finish the play. Román Ahrens hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute, Lolo Acharan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristoffer Västerberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Kristoffer Västerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yeray Necochea in the 76th minute of play. Ben Şah scored 1-2 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlos Alberto Villa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. IFK Fjärås made a substitution. Johannes Kilström replaced Ivan Överman. 82 minutes into the match, IFK Fjärås's Ben Şah sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Alberto Villa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Talcampeón FC defense, Ben Şah kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlos Alberto Villa. The Talcampeón FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Alberto Villa should have stopped the shot. IFK Fjärås's Kristoffer Västerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yeray Necochea in the 88th minute of play. After 90 minutes IFK Fjärås's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Román Ahrens who took care of the corner kick. Lolo Acharan struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Kristoffer Västerberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Talcampeón FC. After 96 played minutes IFK Fjärås got a freekick which was hit by Recep Talha Keskin. Talcampeón FC's Aurelio Paredes got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. IFK Fjärås's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
